Our Counsellor
Mei Long graduated from Auckland University of Technology and is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. She is also a qualified counsellor in China, having received training in 2009.
Mei is a non-judgmental listener who can deeply understand your story, drawing from her diverse life experiences: growing up in China, immigrating to New Zealand in young adulthood, working in various industries, and navigating motherhood and marriage in a blended, multicultural family.
Her counselling approach is trauma-informed and blended with a broad training history, allowing her to tailor techniques to each individual's needs, including:

Mei specialises in ADHD, assisting many clients in improving their academic performance, social skills, interpersonal relationships, and family dynamics.

(after 6 pm or during weekends: $200)(1.5 hour available on request)
03. Free Cancellation
An administration fee of $40 will be incurred if cancelled within 24 hours.
